The principles of AUTOonline

The wreck value

It takes a few clicks to make each vehicle a winner. Here’s how it works:

Wreck value:

The damaged vehicle is entered online (with the information provided by the company).
Buyers (breakers and body shops) display vehicles and if interested, enter their binding offers. There is no auction base and no one displays the offers entered.
AUTOonline sends to the company the page of the offers received.
The company determines the “real” wreck value using the amount defined by the AUTOonline buyer.
The offers page is forwarded to the insured.
The insured person will be free to accept or decline the offer. If accepted, the company informs the buyer.
The buyer contacts the insured person and agrees payment and withdrawal methods.
AUTOonline is the guarantor of the whole process.

Fleet vehicles are entered online (with information provided by the vendor).
Buyers (dealers and body shops) display vehicles and if interested, enter their binding offers. There is no auction base and no one displays the offers entered.
AUTOonline sends the page of the offers received to the vendor.
The vendor evaluates the offer and decides whether to proceed with the sale.
